Security Patrol Attendance
On an alarm attendance our Security Officer will check:
  • That the physical security of the site is in intact and that all points of entry were secured and locked
  • That the premises were not endangered through fire, explosion, water or storm damage
  • That the perimeters were secure and had not been breached
  • That unauthorised persons were deterred from entering the property

The Security Officer on the first call will enter the premises and check all doors are secure. They will ensure all entry gates to the site are secured, all external doors of the premises ensuring all are locked and that all glazing is intact and there are not any signs of forced entry. They will ID all on site after hours.  Any persons detected on site would be required to provide appropriate identification and a satisfactory explanation for their presence.

Should any anomaly be detected on site which required the attendance of you or your representative, the Security Officer would communicate with our monitoring centre, which in turn notify your after hours contact, detailing the nature of the incident and relaying the subsequent instructions back to the Security Officer. In circumstances where the matter could be immediately rectified by the Security Officer, a report would be left describing the occurrence and the action taken.
